Website Analytics
With your consent, we use first-party analytics hosted in Azure to measure public website visits, page views, active engagement, browser and device categories, and coarse traffic sources. Location information is not linked to browser or session identifiers. Random browser and session identifiers are not linked to your account, email, license, or payment information. We do not store raw IP addresses, form contents, or URL query strings in these analytics. Visitor-level records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days under the default configuration. You may accept, reject, or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences beside the Privacy Policy link. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website or installer download. Withdrawing consent stops future browser collection and clears its analytics identifiers; previously collected records remain until scheduled cleanup.
Separately, regardless of your analytics consent choice, we maintain anonymous daily counts of public website page requests, installer download requests, and related server outcomes. These aggregate records do not contain visitor IP addresses or individual visitor identifiers and are retained for up to 365 days under the default configuration. When enabled, SagiGuard uses IPinfo to determine the approximate country from which visitors access our public website pages. Country information may be obtained from an existing temporary IP-based cache or through a request to IPinfo, which receives the visitor's network IP address. This information supports regional pricing and aggregated website traffic reporting. Installer download requests reuse available country information without initiating additional geolocation lookups. We store only aggregated country-level statistics without IP addresses, individual visitor identifiers, or individual browsing histories. Some requests may have an unknown country, and small geographic groups may be suppressed in reports. State, Province, and City tracking are not currently enabled. Public page-request counts do not represent verified unique visitors. A successful installer redirect represents a processed download request and does not confirm that the complete installer file was downloaded.
