The extension detects the active browser tab context, including page title and URL, and communicates that information to the locally installed SagiGuard desktop application through a localhost connection on the same device.

Information the Extension May Access

The extension may access only the information required to support its stated purpose, including:

  • Active tab title
  • Basic browser tab identifiers needed for communication and enforcement

The extension does not collect payment information, health information, authentication credentials, or personal communications content for its own independent use.

How Information Is Used

Local Device Communication
